Privacy Policy
We collect information voluntarily provided during enquiries or orders, including name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, selected products and order communications. It is used to respond, confirm and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Payment information entered on an authorised gateway is processed by that provider. Never share card PINs, passwords or OTPs with Kauris Care staff. We do not sell personal information and share only what is reasonably necessary with payment providers, delivery partners, advisers and authorities.
Request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations, at corporate@kauriscare.com. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely secure.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Opened, used, partially consumed, tampered, improperly stored or seal-broken veterinary supplements and supportive health products are ordinarily not returnable. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
This does not remove rights available under applicable law. Damaged, defective, expired, materially different or incorrectly supplied items may qualify for replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy after verification. Keep the product, packaging, invoice and photographs.
Report an eligible issue within 48 hours at corporate@kauriscare.com or +91 97179 70778. Do not return products without written authorisation.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
A cart or WhatsApp message is an order request. Acceptance occurs only after Kauris Care confirms availability, price, taxes, delivery charge, payment method and delivery details. COD depends on location, order value and courier availability. Delivery estimates may change because of courier or events outside reasonable control.
Prescription and Regulated Veterinary Products
Products identified as prescription, injectable, antibiotic, corticosteroid or otherwise regulated are displayed for professional information and enquiry only. Supply is subject to applicable licences, a valid veterinary prescription where required, verification and territorial or delivery restrictions. Display is not an offer for unrestricted self-medication or automatic sale.
Website and Shopping Terms
Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and not interfere with security. Availability, packaging, composition, price and promotions may change. Confirmed order details and the physical product label take priority. Indian law governs these terms, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
